Job Summary
OneTouch Direct is seeking a vigilant and dedicated Safety Member/Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You will monitor activities, enforce safety protocols, and respond to any incidents or emergencies, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct security checks on buildings and grounds.
• Assist in enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Provide assistance to visitors and staff as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports.
• Act as a visible deterrent to potential security breaches.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant training preferred.
• Must have 10 years experience and security, law-enforcement, military or corrections
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Strong physical stamina and capability to perform security duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

$20-$23/hr based on experience
