Corporate Receptionist

Location: Phoenix, AZSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experienceEmployment Type: Full-Time

LHH Recruitment Solutions is proud to partner with a distinguished corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, in search of an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of the organization. This role offers a dynamic and professional environment where your communication skills, attention to detail, and executive-level support capabilities will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects the company’s standards
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless calendar coordination
  • Support administrative functions including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide cross-functional support
  • Uphold security protocols for visitor access and building entry
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and a commitment to excellence

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
