FORMM is looking for a Project Designer to join our team. This position will play a key role in developing and executing design concepts across multiple assignments, from early visioning through construction documentation. We’re seeking a creative, self-driven designer who excels at collaboration, brings strong visual communication skills, and thrives in an environment where innovation and technology shape the work. The right candidate will be design-oriented, proactive, and detail-minded, able to balance creative thinking with project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design concepts and development through all project phases
  • Produce presentations, renderings, and construction documentation
  • Collaborate with project architects, consultants, and clients to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Integrate Revit workflows, BIM, and visualization tools into design and delivery
  • Support and mentor junior team members in a collaborative studio environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6–10 years of professional experience in architectural or interior design roles
  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
  • Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (required)
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards
  • Advanced documentation and field observational skills
  • Advanced interior architecture detailing expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff through design guidance and expertise
  • Strong visual communication and presentation skills
