Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Austin team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—comfortable gathering requirements from stakeholders while also rolling up their sleeves to configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce.
You will play a key role in supporting our customers’ Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, unlocking new capabilities, and driving adoption across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Understand clients’ business processes, business needs, and challenges and be the first point of contact for client stakeholders to discuss their requirements and queries
- Translate business requirements into process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
- Work as a team-player by extending help where needed and sharing experience and skill knowledge for holistic team development
- Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports/dashboards, profiles/permission sets, etc.) to align with business needs.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, QA) to ensure successful delivery of new functionality.
- Maintain system integrity by performing regular audits, data hygiene, and security reviews.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and usability.
- Collaborate with developers and technical leads to support custom development and integrations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator.
- Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
- Proven expertise with Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); additional exposure to Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin, BA, or other certifications preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates in Austin, TX are preferred, but we’re also open to exceptional individuals who prefer to work remotely.
