Overview

Hiring Dental Assistants to join our clinical team in Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience and a strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Assist the dentist during exams and treatments
• Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supplies
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostic tools
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Support emergency procedures as needed
• Uphold safety and infection-control protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
• Valid X-ray license and BLS certification required
• Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred
