Manufacturing Process Engineer - CNC Machining

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer (Mid-Level) to help develop efficient manufacturing processes and documentation that ensure our customers receive high-quality, precision-machined components. What You’ll Do Develop complete manufacturing plans and shop traveler packages for machining projects. Create and revise approved-for-manufacturing drawings from customer models. Update traveler packages and attach prints to meet customer specifications. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Machinists to achieve customer requirements. Communicate effectively with customers on production inquiries. Analyze and recommend improvements to processes, work instructions, and procedures . What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in a CNC machine shop environment. Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and scheduling . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and 3D modeling software. Hands-on familiarity with machining processes: milling, turning, 5-Axis machining preferred. Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 Quality Management Systems . Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred (but not required). Must be a U.S. Person or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder). Job Details Full-time, on-site role in Itasca, IL. Day shift with overtime available.
