Fleming County Hospital is seeking a skilled and dependable Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with accuracy and professionalism, supporting patient care across various departments. Responsibilities: Perform general and specialized ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process clearly Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program ARDMS certification required (Abdomen, OB/GYN, or other specialties as applicable) Minimum of 2 years recent experience in ultrasound imaging BLS certification required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
