Competitive Salary with additional Benefits About the role Following the forthcoming retirement of our current Chief Fire Officer, we are seeking an inspirational, innovative and effective leader to take up this prestigious opportunity to lead and guide our service into the future. As Chief Fire Officer you will report directly to the Fire Authority as the Head of Paid Service and Clerk to the Authority. You will be accountable for providing strategic direction, operational leadership and inspirational vision for one of the most respected Fire and Rescue Services in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of fire and rescue at the highest level, ensuring our service continues to protect lives, reduce risk and support our communities with professionalism, innovation and care.
