A K-12 educational setting in Hartford, CT is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support diverse student needs throughout the current school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide expert behavioral assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with educators to foster positive student outcomes within a structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavioral programs
Provide training and ongoing support related to applied behavior analysis principles
Analyze student data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive support
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to promoting inclusive learning environments

Contract role covering the current school year (CSY)
