What They’re Looking For They are looking for a Vice President to join their team. In this leadership role, you will be the central point for executing and managing a wide range of M&A and corporate finance deals. As the quarterback of the deal team, you will drive the transaction process from start to finish, coordinate team members, and ensure every deal is completed with precision.

What You’ll Do

Lead the execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions across various industries and deal structures.

Coordinate deal teams and serve as the central point of accountability for all transaction activities.

Develop strategies and timelines to ensure processes move forward seamlessly.

Drive due diligence efforts and manage cross-functional internal and external teams.

Oversee the creation of financial models and transaction materials, including valuations, CIMs, pitchbooks, and management presentations.

Supervise and mentor associates and analysts, fostering an environment of high performance and growth.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and trusted advisory support.

Support new business development by providing execution excellence and market insights.

What You Bring

5–7 years

of investment banking experience with a proven track record of leading M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.

The ability to set a clear vision and execute with precision and urgency.

A reputation for being analytical, disciplined, and results-driven.

A passion for mentoring junior team members and elevating overall team performance.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambitious environment. The team is in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
