evening and weekend shifts
as the welcoming face of the Y!
The Member Services Rep is responsible for front desk operations-greeting members, answering questions, managing transactions, and supporting a safe, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members and guests Answer phones and respond to inquiries Sell and process memberships and programs Handle cash and balance transactions Provide tours and promote Y programs Support daily facility operations and safety Serve as a liaison between members and staff What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of YMCA programs and mission Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to promote member engagement and volunteerism

Abuse Prevention Responsibilities All employees are expected to maintain boundaries, follow mandated reporting requirements, and uphold our policies and procedures to protect youth and participants. This includes attending required training, reporting suspicious or inappropriate behaviors, and adhering to procedures that minimize risk. Supervisors are also responsible for providing oversight, feedback, and accountability to ensure staff and volunteers follow these standards. Our organization is committed to creating a safe environment.
