Position Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, and employees,
creating a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk. This role manages incoming
calls, directs inquiries, coordinates scheduling support, and provides general administrative
assistance across departments. The Receptionist helps ensure smooth daily operations while
supporting various teams with clerical tasks and employee engagement activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and applicants in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, voicemail, mail, and front desk communications.
Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure reception and common areas are organized.
Support HR with new hire paperwork, onboarding tasks, and uniform distribution.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
Provide administrative support for company events, employee recognition activities, and occasional tradeshow logistics.
Maintain organized records, files, and shared resources.
Perform various additional clerical or administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Trello or Canva is a plus.
Professional presentation and approachable demeanor.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
