A Material Handler is responsible for accurately selecting, locating, sorting, packing and loading/unloading apparel and footwear for shipment to stores, vendors or direct to customers. Rate: $17.60 / hour
? Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts Available: Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm This is a seasonal role that will last up to 90 days with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement. Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device. Sort product according to purchase order and SKU. Correctly match and place shipping labels. Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures. Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager. Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without accommodation. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred. Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English* to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills and effectively communicate in case of emergencies. *This requirement is critical to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.?
