Senior Accountant Job at 3 Bridge Networks in Menlo Park

A high-growth investment advisory company is seeking a management company level Senior Accountant. This role will focus on financial reporting, debt compliance, affiliates and owner entities, and distributions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review JEs and recons for management company and affiliate entities
• Support financial reporting, including consolidations, debt compliance packages, and internal reporting
• Manage intercompany balances, allocations, and recons across entities
• Assist with quarterly income and expense allocations and related journal entries
• Prepare and support quarterly distributions to owners and flowthrough entities
• Prepare and analyze quarterly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reports for all departments, coordinating with department heads and finance leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• In-house accounting experience required; Financial Services/RIA/Partnership structure experience a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes
