Position Overview:

Part Time Receptionist, 35 hours a week

Mon - Friday 8am - 4pm

Location: Central San Diego, Kearny Mesa

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Duration: Temporary to hire

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's welcoming team in California. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for all visitors and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Transfer calls to the correct department and team member as needed.
  • Assist vendors with inquiries and direct them as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
  • 2+ years Reception experience
  • Customer Service experience both face to face and over phone
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm with a 1 hour lunch

35 hours per week total



Benefits:

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21/hr
