This person with be counting a drawer and logging into phone support. They will be helping customers with billing, sales orders, or minor technical issues. They will be taking calls and helping walk in customers. Essentially, they will be helping run a payment center. This person can expect to handle 200-300 phone orders every 2 weeks, not including walk ins. They may have to deal with collections as well

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Service now - Aviat phone system - Telecom experience - Experience troubleshooting routers and modems - College degree - Telecom experience - Experience running a front office, receptionist, doctors office, gamer
