A manufacturing/distribution company near Highland Park, NJ, is growing and on the search for a
Customer Service Rep/Order Processor
to join their team. The company promotes a great work atmosphere, internal culture and fast paced environment.
Requirements: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails from customers, vendors, and the sales team. Process and manage sales and blank orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Create and manage purchase orders (POs), maintaining up-to-date records. Perform data entry and manage inventory to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels. Handle sales invoicing and coordinate shipment routing. Manage the coordination and distribution of product samples. Complete various administrative tasks as assigned, supporting overall office operations. Work collaboratively with other Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to share workloads and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Prior order processing experience required Associates Degree Strong communication both written and verbal Microsoft Outlook Sage X3 experience is a large plus Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a large plus
Compensation:
$22 to $25 an hour Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
