Customer Service Representative - Woodridge, IL
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodridge, IL. Our company is a leading distributor in the horticultural industry, supplying greenhouses, nurseries, and garden centers with the products they need to succeed. If you enjoy helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule & Pay:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $18-$19 per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person Enter and process customer orders accurately and on time Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability Work with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Handle returns, credits, and resolve customer concerns What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience (distribution/wholesale experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent Benefits:
