We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a
Bilingual
Order Processing & Customer Support Specialist . This role is responsible for receiving and processing parts orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent communication with customers regarding order status, pricing, and potential delays.
In addition to administrative tasks, the position requires light pulling and packing of small parts for shipment, as well as preparing order documentation for export.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process orders via phone, email, and other electronic methods Enter customer and product information into internal databases Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and delays Prepare and organize documentation for export shipments Pull and pack small parts for outgoing orders Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure timely fulfillment Qualifications:
Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable using databases and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and pack small parts as needed Reliable and able to work the full scheduled hours Fluent in Spanish
