Overview

J’Adore Les Fleurs is a luxury floral boutique specializing in upscale, hand-crafted arrangements and signature hatbox florals. Our brand is known for attention to detail, quality, and exceptional presentation. We are seeking a Warehouse Quality Associate to ensure every order that leaves our warehouse meets the highest standards of cleanliness, finishing, and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all outgoing floral arrangements and packaging for quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Clean and polish boxes, vases, and containers before final delivery.
• Ensure flowers and arrangements are properly shaped, fluffed, and perfected before packaging.
• Verify all accessories (cards, ribbons, wrapping, add-ons) are included and properly placed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in the warehouse.
• Assist with labeling, order preparation, and overall order flow when needed.
• Report quality issues or recurring errors to management to improve operations.
• Assist with tasks as needed, including assistant work for CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing luxury-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Previous experience in quality control, fulfillment, or retail is a plus (floral experience not required, training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
