Overview

Position: Warehouse Associate. Seasonal work available through December 2025. Shift options: 5:00AM-Finish or 5:00PM-Finish. Schedule set at time of hire.

Location: Capstone Logistics @ Kroger Warehouse, 222 Maurin Rd, Chehalis, WA.

Compensation: Pay range $700-$900+ per week, with potential to earn over $900 paid weekly as applicable.

We are holding walk-in interviews every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am–2:00pm to meet with our Site Manager and/or Site Supervisor.

What to bring: a copy of your resume (if you have one), a charged mobile phone (to check in and complete your application on site), and your best attitude to meet with our site leaders.

Note: This is not a travel position.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse associates perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast-paced and physical
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate
