My client is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to join their team in the Tampa area. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in managing commercial drywall projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of drywall projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management.
• Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall, ceilings, and Division 9 scopes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
