The role connects HR with senior leadership within business units/functions, with a primary focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will work closely with senior leaders, offering strategic advice on talent management and organizational development, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Advisors to communicate priorities and initiatives so the OneHR team can service the business effectively and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Relationship / Account Management: Advise BU/Function Leaders and direct reports on Tier 3 (consultative) requests to best utilize talent to achieve business objectives within the Values and Culture. Develop an “account plan” with CoEs and HR Service Delivery to ensure priorities are planned for and met with appropriate HR support.
  • Talent Management: Act as a Talent Consultant on core processes (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, total rewards). Collaborate with Talent Management CoE, Talent Acquisition, and other HRBPs in “talent brokerage” to align business needs with development goals and manage the talent lifecycle for the respective business areas.
  • Organization Design and Development: Advise on enhancing business performance through people (organization structure, capability, engagement, productivity). Provide guidance on designing new roles, partnering with the Comp CoE on leveling roles/teams, and leveraging HR Technology and Strategy and Enablement teams. Utilize PMO resources for business initiatives.
  • Change Leadership: Champion and advocate for change initiatives and contribute to go-to-market strategies for programs and projects within the business unit, promoting resilience and innovation and modeling change leadership.

What You’ll Need

  • Stakeholder engagement: Strong ability to build relationships, address concerns, and foster collaboration for successful project outcomes and HR alignment.
  • Project management: Strong capability to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and deliver outcomes within timelines and resources; strong presentation skills.
  • Business focus: Ability to make informed HR decisions using robust business knowledge of goals, market position, competitors, etc.
  • Collaboration & communication: Effective cross-stakeholder communication in a complex, matrixed environment with people leaders, HRBPs, and COEs.
  • Customer focus: Experience prioritizing customer experience and building productive relationships.
  • HR expertise: Broad knowledge of HR disciplines and processes in a shared services environment supporting North America with local nuances.
  • Resilience, adaptability and decision making: Capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced settings, with critical thinking and sound judgment; ability to push back to senior stakeholders when needed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Language skills: English required; Spanish and/or French desirable.
  • System and tools: Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow preferred; strong Google Workspace skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience; experience in a shared services environment a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to support stakeholders across different North American time zones and participate in global HR activities.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10%.

Reasonably expected salary range: $120,500.00 – $160,600.00
