Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to work OBGYN locum call shifts in Dixon, Illinois (IL) . Starting in September , the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
- Location: Dixon, IL
- Hospital Size: 80 beds
- OB Unit Level: Level II (No NICU)
- Staffing: 1 MD, 2 Midwives, 1 APN
Coverage Dates Needed:
- October: 22-23
- November: 3-5, 28-30
- December: 8-10, 16-18
- Urgent Holiday Coverage: December 22- December 27 (7a-7a) BONUS AVAILABLE
- Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Call Type: Call-back only - provider is only required to come in if a patient needs to be seen or managed
- Clinic: Some shifts may include clinic responsibilities during the 24-hour period
- Deliveries: 20-30 per month
- Cover OB unit and respond to OB/GYN-related consultations in the Emergency Department
- No circumcisions required
Requirements of the Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
IL state license; active, unrestricted
Board certified OBGYN
IL State DEA
IL Controlled Substance Permit
BLS and ACLS
