Job Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate specialized repairs and maintenance services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist in the management of building systems, including energy management and environmental controls. Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their maintenance concerns professionally.
