Vice President of Business Development
cross the Northeast region (Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York City). This role focuses on expanding our current client base, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored staffing and consulting solutions for target accounts within the region.

We specialize in Agile Transformation, Product Ownership and Management, Program and Project Management, Cloud, Data Analytics/AI, and Data Center Engineering across these industries. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth in mid-market and enterprise segments. Build and manage a robust pipeline of staff augmentation and professional services (managed/building technical teams for customer engagements) opportunities. Engage senior decision-makers through in-person meetings, presentations, industry conferences and regional networking groups. Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue and gross profit targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to customers. Qualifications
A minimum of three years of experience in building teams (project services) and staff augmentation sales, with a proven track record in Fortune 100 accounts. Understanding of Development and Governing Methodologies (Agile, Project/Program Management, Product Ownership and Management and Emerging Technologies (Data/AI, Cloud, Data Center Engineering). Strong network of qualified buyers and decision-makers. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
