Source and manage used vehicle inventory Oversee reconditioning and merchandising Set pricing strategies and manage online listings Lead and coach the used car sales team Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Recruit, train, and develop team members Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive sales or management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record in used car operations Familiarity with dealership software and CRM systems Valid driver’s license Benefits:
