Adams & Martin Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant to the Law Firm Administrator
to support the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and takes initiative to solve problems and complete tasks with minimal supervision. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity for someone who can work in-office in Santa Ana, CA.

Key Responsibilities: Open and set up new case files accurately and efficiently File legal and administrative documents both physically and electronically Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal tracking systems Assist with general office tasks and administrative projects as needed Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and vendors to support office operations Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization Identify opportunities to improve processes and take initiative to implement solutions Support the Administrator with scheduling, reporting, and other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of initiative and problem-solving ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a legal or professional services setting preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus Ideal Candidate Traits: Reliable and organized Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
