Maintenance Technician 2

Description: Position Description: Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative work orders. Apartment Turnovers: Perform make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, and cleaning. Communication: Maintain clear communication with residents, employees, and contractors to ensure transparency and efficiency. Problem-Solving: Identify and address maintenance issues proactively, implementing solutions to improve property operations. Documentation: Maintain notes on all work orders, progress updates, and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and budget. Position Requirements: Experience: Multi-family maintenance experience is preferred. HVAC experience is a plus. Skills: Technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems. Requirements: Necessary Special Requirements: Valid Driver's License Provide own tools Availability for emergency on-call work orders HVAC Certification (preferred)
