company, looking to hire Overnight/NOC shift Caregivers. Our office is in NE Portland, but we work with you to get clients close to your location. We provide in-office and at home training that works around your schedule.

Competitive Pay: $19.25-$20.00

About Homewatch CareGivers: We are a company that provides in-home support caregiving services to seniors and to people with disabilities, and individuals recovering from illness, injury, or rehabilitation. Work is generally done in the client’s home and duties may include:

Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Supervision on medication to take.

Support personal services, monitoring, and documenting clients' conditions.

Support clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services

Preparing and serving meals and snacks.

Caregiver Qualifications:

Positive, friendly attitude, patient demeanor

Willingness to work

2 Forms of Identification

Written and verbal communication skills

US Citizenship

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age with a high school diploma or GED

Must be able to pass an approved background check through ORCHARD's

Reliable Car AND/OR any reliable form of transpiration to your shift.

Must have Smart phone & internet (we use an app to clock in & out)

Must be able to meet minimum training requirements

What to Expect during the interview/hiring process:

Step 1:

Once a Caregiver applies, our Office will contact you via text/email/call to set up an in-person interview, if we feel you qualify for the position. Step 2:

When the in-person interview is done, we run the Caregiver’s background check through the state and federal systems. (The state may request fingerprints, if they do, we will help you along the way with this process). Step 4:

Once you background check is cleared, we will contact you regarding the date and time of Orientation. Step 5:

Orientation (Two days of paid training). Step 6:

We will work with you and your schedule to find you the right fit with our clients.
