Facilities Maintenance Manager

Facilities & Maintenance Manager Overview A leading manufacturer is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to drive operational integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing and warehouse facilities. This strategic role ensures equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness while spearheading capital projects and reducing downtime. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance and operational readiness of all manufacturing and warehouse facilities Manage production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure; lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs Plan and implement multi-site maintenance strategies that align with production, sustainability, and cost-efficiency goals Lead capital (CAPEX) projects, including equipment upgrades and facility expansions, managing timelines and budgets Standardize maintenance procedures, documentation, and compliance across sites, ensuring readiness for BRC/SQF and other GFSI audits Build and mentor high-performing maintenance teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and asset performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred 7+ years of facilities/maintenance leadership within food or beverage manufacturing Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, CMMS systems, and GFSI audit standards Demonstrated ability to lead CAPEX projects from concept through completion Work Environment Multi-site beverage production and warehouse environment with on-site presence and occasional travel. Physical activity required, including plant floor inspections and equipment evaluations. Compensation & Benefits Disclosure (California Requirement) The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $150,000, plus potential performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and market factors.
