KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Director of Product Management for Just Walk Out Technology, you will: Own and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for JWO Product across new retail verticals and geographic markets

Drive key PRFAQs and OP1 documents for executive review, securing leadership alignment on strategic initiatives that shape JWO's future

Define and own business metrics, P&L responsibilities, and growth strategies that drive significant revenue expansion

Partner with go-to-market, product marketing, engineering, and science leadership to drive key decisions enabling global scale

Develop compelling enterprise value propositions and pricing strategies that accelerate adoption among enterprise retail partners

Build and nurture executive relationships with C-suite retail leaders to drive strategic partnerships, technology adoption, and inform product direction

Represent JWO Product strategy and roadmap at executive forums, including Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs), working directly with C-suite retail executives to drive strategic adoption decisions

Lead and develop senior product leaders while fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Leading executive-level strategy sessions with key retail partners to shape the future of retail technology and demonstrate JWO Product's transformative impact

Collaborating with GTM, engineering, science and operations leadership on key decisions that enable global scale

Mentoring senior product leaders and helping them develop strategies for their respective areas

Participating in monthly/quarterly business reviews to assess performance metrics and adjust product direction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of product management experience

Experience driving enterprise-scale product strategy and execution

Experience building and leading senior product teams

Experience with P&L ownership

Experience communicating with executive leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with retail industry dynamics and technology transformation

Experience driving enterprise technology adoption

Experience with AI/ML technologies and computer vision

Experience launching enterprise products

Experience working with global retail organizations

MBA or advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $237,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $350,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
