About Virtasant Virtasant is a fast-growing global consultancy transforming how technology services are delivered. We are a diverse team of cloud experts, builders, and operators. Since 2006, we’ve helped large enterprises thrive in the public cloud — optimizing cost, scaling infrastructure, migrating legacy systems, and building cloud-native products. We take an AI-first mindset and are big on FinOps, software engineering, product development, and technology operations. Our outcome-driven model helps enterprises solve complexity in cloud, build efficient systems, and unlock real business value. Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the roadmap for data platform and analytics products (Databricks, Superset / Preset). Translate business objectives into clear requirements, specifications, and measurable success criteria. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to design pragmatic, scalable solutions. Drive backlog, prioritization, and delivery in ambiguous or fast-moving settings. Present product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders with data-driven rationale. Ensure observability, analytics, and usability are embedded into the platform design. Must-Have Skills / Experience

10+ years of product management experience with data/analytics platform products. Strong technical fluency with Databricks and modern data stacks. Hands-on experience with BI/observability tools, ideally Superset / Preset. Ability to partner closely with architects and engineers on solution design (without day-to-day coding). Proven track record of stakeholder management in engineering-led organizations. Excellent communication and documentation; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments. Nice-to-Have Skills

Background in product-led enterprises (preferred over pure consulting). Experience with CI/CD for data products, governance, or distributed systems. Familiarity with AI/ML features or observability in data platforms. Exposure to large enterprise or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.). Why Join Virtasant

Shape the roadmap of critical data products powering enterprise businesses. Work directly with senior architects and engineering leaders on cutting-edge solutions. Join a consultancy that delivers outcomes, not hours — see the tangible impact of your work. Be part of a global, remote-first network of top talent.
