Overview As a core member of the product team, you’ll define and prioritize features, partner closely with engineering and UX, and work with customers and field teams to translate real-world needs into impactful product capabilities. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Define and own the product roadmap and requirements for key areas of Oracle Analytics, with a focus on usability, performance, and AI-driven capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build features that enhance how users explore, visualize, and act on data. Engage directly with customers, sales engineers, and field teams to gather feedback, validate use cases, and ensure product-market fit. Analyze product usage and customer adoption data to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and inform prioritization. Present product vision, plans, and progress to senior leadership and internal stakeholders to gain alignment and support. Partner with internal Oracle teams—including Fusion Applications, OCI, and Database services—to define and deliver integrated features. Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Oracle to ensure successful development, alignment, and launch of shared capabilities. Represent Oracle Analytics at customer meetings, demos, and industry or marketing events, serving as a product evangelist. Monitor trends in analytics, AI, and enterprise software to shape product direction and maintain market relevance. Coordinate with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to ensure product readiness and consistent messaging. Accommodate collaboration across global teams by working flexible hours when needed. Skills and Experiences
Educational background preferred: MBA or MS, with an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or statistics 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or enterprise software, with a strong focus on analytics and large-scale applications Hands-on experience with modern BI and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik) Familiarity with building or designing data-driven applications, dashboards, and reporting tools Strong understanding of applied AI/ML concepts and their role in enhancing analytics products and user experiences Proven ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product plans Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product vision, technical concepts, and decisions to diverse audiences Experience or familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications (FA), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment
