We’re responsible for routing, ingress/egress, service discovery, and mesh infrastructure that enables secure, reliable, and observable communication across our systems. We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our Traffic team. In this role, you’ll drive the technical vision and execution for building highly available, cost-effective, and performant networking infrastructure. You’ll partner with senior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to design and operate systems that power our platform's reliability and scale. Your team will be at the heart of solving some of our toughest networking and routing challenges. 7+ years of hands-on software development, including large-scale service mesh or networking systems 3+ years designing and operating cloud-native systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP 2+ years leading engineering teams Experience building or scaling L7/L4 routing, load balancing, or traffic policy systems A strong bias for action, pragmatic problem-solving, and deep technical expertise Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results We are an equal opportunity employer. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
