Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse and dynamic team Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership Collaborate with team members in both front- and back-of-house operations Manage financial performance, including sales analysis, labor, COGS, and inventory Uphold rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Drive the success of new store openings (NSO) with expertise and energy What Were Looking For
NSO (New Store Opening) experience is required At least 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Financial acumen, including P&L and expense management Ability to work in environments that include exposure to shellfish allergens Join Our Team
