$60,000 to $75,000 Work *****
Hybrid Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Minimum 3 days in-office per week 2 remote days weekly after successful onboarding Flexibility to work overtime as needed Key ***** Draft standard court filings including Notices of Appearance, Pro Hac Vice Motions, Subpoenas, Stipulations, and other legal documents Prepare legal materials such as discovery responses and affidavits for attorney review Coordinate with record vendors to obtain medical and educational records Assemble exhibits and demonstrative evidence for hearings and trials Conduct legal research using Lexis/Westlaw and public databases Organize and analyze medical and educational records for motion practice Assist attorneys with witness preparation for depositions and trials Review documents for relevance and privilege in preparation for disclosure Analyze reports, records, and discovery responses Accurately record billable time in accordance with firm policies ***** Minimum 4 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and work with several attorneys Experience handling large, document-intensive cases Proficiency in Lexis/Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and KOFAX Professional Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
