Executive Administrative Assistant Needed Immediately

Our client, a leading investment firm specializing in venture capital and real estate, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to multiple executives. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support while contributing to essential operational and analytical tasks. Event Planning
: Organize team-building activities, executive meetings, and special events, coordinating all logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Financial Reporting
: Use intermediate to advanced Excel skills to prepare reports on KPIs, including NOI, Debt Service, ROI, IRR, Annual ROI, Equity Multiples, and Sensitivity Analysis.
Project Management
: Assist with key projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and resources, providing regular updates to the executive team.
Travel Arrangements
: Book and coordinate travel plans for executives, arranging complex itineraries and accommodations.
Document Preparation
: Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports to support executive needs.
Serve as the first point of contact, handling calls and emails professionally and with discretion.
Special Assignments
: Take on ad-hoc projects as needed, bringing enthusiasm and attention to detail to each task.
Project Pro
: Organized and deadline-driven, you manage multiple priorities and stay on top of project milestones.
Tech-Savvy
: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems.
