The Role You’ll own acquisition, brand expansion, and monetization across newsletters, subscription products, and social. Think architect + operator: set the strategy, run the experiments, optimize hard, and scale what works. Our first mission is to scale our app subscription base, then we\u2019ll turn our attention to optimizing our newsletter funnels and attempting to scale at negative CAC through post-subscribe flows. Responsibilities

Own the Growth Engine: Build and run multi-channel acquisition (paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates) with measurable ROI. Creative That Converts: Lead ad creative (graphics, short-form, long-form) and raise the bar on scroll-stopping assets. CRO on Repeat: Partner with product/dev to test landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and UX—ship, learn, iterate. Partnerships at Scale: Grow affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to offset CAC and expand reach. Measure What Matters: Stand up clean tracking and deliver clear, actionable reporting. Hit the Targets: Be directly accountable for revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion KPIs. Qualifications

3+ years in growth/performance marketing (media, SaaS, or subscriptions = plus). Scaled profitable spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. Deep chops in analytics, attribution, and CRO. Managed creators, influencers and creatives/agencies and can brief like a pro. Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution. Bonus: Experience with newsletters, subscription apps, financial media, or AI/data products. Why You’ll Love It
