Job Title: Yacht Broker
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Yacht Broker to join our dynamic team, with an aggressive commission structure based on boating and yacht sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for yachting, a strong sales background, and a proven track record in yacht brokerage with 3 years of experience. You will manage the entire sales process, from client acquisition to closing deals, while providing outstanding customer service. A candidate who is willing to spend time in the office during regular working hours when not meeting with clients, on sea trials, or at company events is preferred. You will be provided with the tools needed to be successful while working under our brokerage.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, yacht owners, and industry professionals.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers.
List and market yachts for sale, including creating detailed listings and promotional materials.
Arrange and conduct yacht viewings and sea trials.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend boat shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
Must have a valid or renewable California Yacht and Ships Salesperson or Broker License
Minimum of 3 years of experience in yacht brokerage or a related field
Knowledge of YachtCloser & BoatWizard programs
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of the yacht brokering processes
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of yachts, boating, and the marine industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Aggressive commission structure

Compensation This is a purely commission-based position, so candidates should have a previously existing client base. This is an ideal position for someone with working connections in the yacht brokerage industry who is seeking a better commission structure.
