Exempt Position is onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm at the Brighton, MA Guidelight Facility. The Executive Director will oversee the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for both adult and adolescent programming. Must be able to work onsite 100% of the time. Active independent Massachusetts State therapy license is required. Role Summary: The Executive Director role will lead with vision, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative environment. The role has overall responsibility for the clinic achieving business objectives, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management. The ideal candidate should cultivate relationships and foster program growth, promote an inclusive and culturally competent work environment, and create a welcoming atmosphere within the PHP/IOP Programs. The Executive Director will field questions on behalf of Guidelight Health posed by clients, families, staff, governmental officials, or the greater public. On a typical day, the Executive Director may drive daily operations for the site, manage the site P&L, evaluate staff performance, and provide ongoing clinical training for staff. The role may include participation in conferences to stay current on state and federal regulations and behavioral health trends. Role Responsibilities: Build and maintain an organization capable of implementing program plans. Maintain clinic expenditures within the approved budget. Ensure clinic compliance with all pertinent laws, regulations, and contracts. Administer and implement the clinic’s policies and procedures, including administration, people, treatment services, and records. Ensure staff complies with ethical standards required by State Department of Health, CARF, or other regulatory/licensing agencies. Review and update the policy and procedural manual with the Clinical Director and leadership team as required. Provide regular evaluation of the clinic’s treatment program. Coordinate with oversight agencies to ensure quality of care. Coordinate and cooperate with staff of other agencies and organizations to provide the best treatment for each client. Ensure staff and client safety by enforcing appropriate safety protocols and training. Ensure proper orientation and training of new teammates. Conduct teammate evaluations as appropriate. Conduct regular administrative staff meetings. Participate in CARF external and internal audits. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or related program from an accredited college or university. Active and current licensure in social work (LICSW, LCSW) or counseling (LMHC, LPC) or marriage and family therapy (LMFT). 5-7 years of higher level of care clinical experience. 2+ years of management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems. Proven track record in visionary leadership, strategic planning, and adept team management. Leadership experience in a mental health setting working with adolescents and adults. Understanding of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI. Appreciation for group therapy. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Interest in assisting with business development, networking, and outreach strategies in the local market. Ability to collaborate with the leadership team to manage financial operations. Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity. Brings visionary leadership, operational expertise, and talent for fostering collaboration to redefine PHP/IOP treatment standards. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules or policy and procedure manuals. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before clients or employees. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years post independent license is preferred. IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential, or emergency room experience preferred. Pay Range:

$115,000 USD - $145,000 USD
