JOB SUMMARY:
The Dietary Aideposition ensures the sanitary conditions of the cooking and dining areas. Thisposition helps to assemble meal trays and assists in preparation and serving ofmeals to our residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Take down dining areasand collect plates, glasses, etc Assist Cook in preparingmeals Responsible fordelivering meals to resident rooms or tables and setting up meal trays inaccordance with dietary orders and tray cards Cleans utensils, dishes,and pots and pans by operating the dishwasher or proper handwashing processes Partners with dietarystaff to ensure equipment is working properly and at the appropriatetemperature Stock ingredients andmonitor inventory Perform other duties as assigned or needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Food Handlers permit required by the State upon hire

We feel this gives our employees a chance to really develop relationships with the people they care for and have more fulfillment at their job. We are a tight knit team that believes in open communication and supporting our CNA's on the floor while giving them the tools they need to succeed.
