Location: Houston, TX. Morales Beverage Group seeks a Warehouse Associate - Outbound for our Houston warehouse. We offer a competitive compensation package with a wide range of benefits for full-time employees.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate warehousing equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport products.
- Use handheld devices to generate and apply labels to products accurately.
- Pick and pack orders in diverse warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including non-temperature controlled, temperature-controlled, and bonded storage areas.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by selecting cases correctly and promptly reporting discrepancies.
- Shrink-wrap products on the loading dock to secure them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by following aisle assignments and performing end-of-shift cleanup to promote safety.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
- Participate in all required company and daily safety meetings.

Requirements
- Physical: Able to lift 1-75 lbs frequently, with occasional lifts up to 100 lbs; reach heights up to 72 inches; stand, bend, twist for extended periods; operate equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; ability to work in non-temperature-controlled settings or field environments.
- Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
- Willingness to work occasional weekend hours.
- Must pass a background and drug screening for hire and periodically during employment.
