*About the Role*
As a pivotal member of the Data & Analytics team, the Data Analyst will help deliver critical insights into clinical operations and research initiatives. You will contribute to the design, development, and automation of data visualizations, dashboards, and analytic solutions used to support drug development and patient outcomes. Your work ensures clinical data flows are efficient, accurate, and actionable to enable informed decision‐making across studies and therapeutic portfolios .
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement data review solutions, dashboards, and analytic tools for one or more clinical trials or therapeutic areas
* Program and automate clinical data reports for downstream consumption, ensuring standardization and integration across platforms
* Provide operational insights based on study‐level deliverables (e.g., Data Management Plan, observed datasets, project plans)
* Support clinical submission, inspection, and regulatory response activities with clear, verifiable analyses
* Collaborate across functions, including Clinical Data Strategy, Data Management, BioStats, and IT
* Lead initiatives to enhance reuse and automation of analytics processes, improve speed and accuracy, and reduce manual effort
* Monitor data pipelines, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues
*Minimum Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Health Sciences, Data Science, or related field
* Hands-on programming experience with SAS, Python, or R
* Proven expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Shiny
*Preferred Experience*
* 3+ years of analytics experience in clinical trials, biotech/pharmaceutical industry, or CRO environment
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and AI/ML frameworks
* Solid understanding of regulatory and quality standards (e.g., FDA, MHRA, GCP, ICH)
* Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
