Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure project deliveries from start to finish, including scope, schedule, hardware procurement, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate remote and onsite work with technical and functional teams across global regions.
  • Provide program direction, ensuring clear understanding of roles, risks, timelines, and escalation paths.
  • Serve as a liaison between Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, DBAs, System Administrators, Developers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce project schedules, vendor performance, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate smooth hand-offs to IT production teams and track deliverables until launch milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to hardware standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, share best practices, and implement Lean actions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects (8–12 at a time) in areas such as M&A, application migrations, backup recovery, cybersecurity, and networking — with an initial focus on cybersecurity and networking projects.

  • Experienced IT Project Manager with some Program Management experience (3–5 years managing IT infrastructure and/or application projects).
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong oral, written, and follow-up communication skills — able to engage teams across time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Able to manage budgets, funding channels, and project reporting effectively.

Nice-to-Have

  • PMI or other Project Management certification (preferred but not required).
