Our client, a Series B Health Tech startup here in NYC is searching for an Implementation Project Manager to join their team & help implement their software for customers. This role is perfect for a self-starter who has experience in Health Tech software implementations, and wants to join a growing startup that's changing the way healthcare operates in the US!
This role is hybrid (3 days in) in NYC, please take into account when applying! Their office is dog friendly!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the software product implementation with customers from start to finish, acting as the client POC and liaising with the internal technical team
- Oversee all stages of the project management lifecycle, including timeline, resources, and client management
- Oversee all data integrations, working with clients and internal technical teams
- Collaborate internally with product team, R&D, Sales to ensure implementations run smoothly and customers remain happy
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role
- Experience implementing a software product with customers is preferred
- Experience in a Health Tech organization strongly preferred!
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle & Data integration projects
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- Desire to work in & build a fast-moving startup!
