On-Call REQ: Limited call- 8 WEEKNIGHT in an 8 week period call shifts would be assigned.
Certs & License: *Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required *BLS, ACLS - Required
Floating Requirements: No
Blocked Scheduling: Weekend
Locals accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Unit managers approval Required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
Special Requirements: *Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds. *Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies). *Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.
