HIGHLIGHTS:

• Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Neuro exp, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience
• Must have current active compact license
• Required Certs: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS
• NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
• Guaranteed hours: 36 (will accept 48s upon request)
• Shift Requirement: 12hr Days 6:30-7
• No Blocked Schedule Requests
• Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Deaconess Midtown (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY 11 miles)
• 2 HR notice given for cross campus float
• Mid-shift float within same campus
• Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible
• On Call/Call Back Requirement: N/A
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday
• Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
• Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Navy blue scrubs - No competing health systems or agency logos

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Ratio: Days 1:5-6; NOCs 1:5-7; CN takes partial patient assignment
• Must pass Basic Dysrhythmia exam unit
• Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
• 3 call-ins can result in termination
