NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level III or IV NICU, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, supporting families, and collaborating with neonatologists and other care team members.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience preferred
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
