Location:1190 Fifth Ave, New York, NY 10029
Unit: Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU)
Schedule: 3x12 hr night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill post-surgical patients.
- Administer and titrate IV drips, ventilator support, and advanced monitoring.
- Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and other team members.
- Educate patients’ families on treatment plans and post-hospital care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
- Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements NYS RN license BSN (required) BLS & ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years Surgical ICU (SICU) experience in a hospital setting Travel RN experience preferred EPIC experience highly preferred
